I have tried to call and cannot even get a correct phone number. Please refund my $129.00 to my credit card immediately.

I will contact my credit card company to dispute this charge but would prefer that you credit it without having to do that. Eveything I read about Festiva says it is a scam and I just wish I had known that before doing business with you.It is hardly worth getting a lawyer involed but since we have one in the family it would not be difficult to do. All I need is $129.00 credited to my account. It is a Visa account.

I have alerted them.
