Festiva - Liars

Lied about maintenance fees when purchased. Have never been able to use and reservations since becoming a member in 2014, but hound me for fees. Refused to pay maintenance fees in 2016, they turned over to Zelandia Capital with a $ 200 + fee. Paid but again never able to use. Now owe maintenance fees + Zelandia who hounds me via phone call everyday. Taking legal action now.
