I recently called member services to make a reservation for November using exchange fee and there is no available option at all for the days Im going.No options what so ever.

I also called for September at Festiva and there is nothing. I do not understand what they said about reserving ahead of time? there is never availability outside or locally.

Today, I called to inquired about my member fees at the finance department and there is no one to answer my questions regarding / providing detail information about maintenance fee the charged every year.

Additionally every year the it goes up with no explanation.I hope the fees actually is for what they say, because it is a lot of money.

if any one has information on a class action law suit against festiva at stormy point.please let me know I would like to join.
