I recently called member services to make a reservation for November using exchange fee and there is no available option at all for the days Im going. No options what so ever.

I also called for September at Festiva and there is nothing. I do not understand what they said about reserving ahead of time? there is never availability outside or locally.

Today, I called to inquired about my member fees at the finance department and there is no one to answer my questions regarding / providing detail information about maintenance fee the charged every year.

Additionally every year the it goes up with no explanation. I hope the fees actually is for what they say, because it is a lot of money.
