We have a membership fee that we are supposed to pay this year but we can't log in because apparently our account is not active or the password is incorrect. We have tried to call several times without answer.

The only time they answered, as soon as we started to talk about the problem we had the man said he couldn´t hear well and ended up hanging up the phone.

Since we don´t seem to have an account we haven´t been able to use any services and at the end we will have to pay another expensive fee for nothing. This company is a joke
