I have also had problems using the properties they say they own. I could not get anybody to answer the phone at the # listed for owners.

I then contacted the BBB of North Carolina and the could getno response either. They suggestedI contact the Attorney General of N.C. Which I did and the contacted Festiva.

If course the denied any wrong. I would suggest there needs to be a class action suite filed against this company.
