Mark K NC---We too got suckered on to attending a "presentation" in Myrtle Beach. We also got put up in the Peppertree Ocean Club 45 min plus from the "viewing" center.

. It needs to be bull-dozed. AC rattled and dripped water on the hall floor, the microwave was so filthy it was unusable, the door was falling off the hinges and doors opened to outside hallway. Having been time-share owners we knew the tricks.

They used them all. We also told the sales manager (Zeb) about PT Ocean Club and he knew about conditions. The salesman (Ken) was very nice. We told him a firm "no".

then he called the "closer" (they call them "take-overs"), named KAY. She was a train wreck. She looked like a gypsy in mourning. Long loose terrible black dress and WAY too much jewelry.

After telling her "no", she became arrogant and actually (THREE TIMES) stated that she "got up this morning and took a shower and brushed her teeth to explain the program" to us. What a whacko. (she went from $640/month to $520/month to $29 / month). That's when we left.


I called sales manager "Zeb" and he never called me back. Be careful around this crowd.

Reason of review: too aggressive staff.

Preferred solution: lower the pressure.

I didn't like: Company sales tactics.
