When we bought our timeshare we were told that they would work with us to rent it out every year. This is what sold us on buying it as it could be extra income after it was paid off.
Needless to say, its paid off and they have yet to help rent it or anything else. All they do is ask for maintence fees every year that have risen to all most $700.00 a year, which we can not afford. Trying to contact anyone to sell it as leaded to nothing but lost money in the amount of 1600.00.
Trying to get Peppertree to help has leaded nowhere also, can't even get anyone to talk to you. My advise would be to stay away from all forms of timeshares.
