We are members at Festiva. We stayed in Murrells Inlet last year and repeatedly complained about the sidewalk lights, stair lights, and flood lights being out every night that we were there.

We called five times over the first two days to no avail. After calling again on the third day, a maintenance man came to our condo to replace one bulb on the stairs. Where do our maintenance fees go? We could not see at night to climb our steps safely to the second story condo.

I was afraid that my elderly mother would fall and break something!

There were also trees growing out of the gutters! So much for a 5 star resort.

Monetary Loss: $600.
