My name is Kaye Deacon, I have had this timeshare for over 20 years. Last year I overpaid my maintenance fees, I called several times and requested they send me back the amount I overpaid.

Never received it, now I have my bill for this year and the only amt they are giving me credit for is the amount I overpaid. I feel that there should be interest added ( and late fee ) for the months they kept MY money. Who do I contact to resolve this issue? The person I talked to when I called the number on bill was not very nice, I asked to talk to his supervisor and he told me he would not do that.

No one could help me with this, also said there was No record of the SEVERAL times I called in asking for refund of MY money. WHY no record if you record all calls. I will pay the amt you say I owe, but I'm not going to let it go at that. If it was where I owed you I would have to pay interest and late fee's, should be same for what you owe me.
